Amazing value. Great rooms. Great great sports club. Terrible front desk staff who don’t seem to value repeat visitors a. Amazing sport club. Great rooms. Amazing value. This is a strange hotel. It is one of the best value hotels in Dubai great access to airport. Amazing sports club access with pool, squash court, tennis etc everything. But the staff on the front desk are always grumpy and unfriendly. I’ve stayed here four times recently and every time they are very unwelcoming. A small “welcome back” would go a long way but it’s like you are an inconvenience. A tip to management would be to get rid of your front desk staff and replace them with the staff that manages your restaurant for breakfast. Who are great.
Just fix the front desk and this place would be one of the best.

. We love the large size of the room and friendly staff. The buffet at breakfast was amazing. The swimming pool area was really nice. The terrace beside Cu.ba bar offer a great view of the city. Smooth check in and out. Large parking area.. Offers in the restaurant a la cart during dinner was expensive and not as good as expected considering the good offer during breakfast. Besides swimming pool, the hotel has no other kids' activities available..
