Good hotel bad staff problems aren’t solved but rejected. Didn’t receive what I booked and had to pay 4000 aed extra for the stay then the booking confirmation. The staff just said it was my problem.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay.. Marvellous breakfast, absolute cleanliness, nice amenities (gym, Minigolf, table tennis, table football, swimming pool, meeting rooms etc) and very kind personnel.. 1. The rowing machine of the gym was broken down all the days of our stay
2. Relatively poor gym equipment, but kit prohibitive whatsoever.
2. It’s a bit far from the nearest metro station, but that is about the location of the property not the services they offer..
